Central News is part of Topham Picturepoint and consists mostly of glass plate negatives from 1890-1930. The collection covers the world with a concentration on society life and includes many Royal Portraits from the era.

The Central News glass negatives are part of the TopFoto preservation programme and are being carefully scanned to make sure they are accessible for future generations.
